Returns & Refund Policy
All sales made on redeemltc.com are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an error has occurred on our part.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, you must contact us by email within this timeframe with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. We encourage customers to carefully review product details and sizing information before placing an order.
